Skill Requirements

You’ll be great in this role if you’re good at:

Responsibilities

This role will involve manual and robotic welding processes.
  • You’ll be joining us at the very beginning of our new product line, so you’ll be part of our team. The welding processes are varied.
  • This is a full-time, permanent role located in Stoney Creek, Ontario. Typical shop hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.. We offer competitive wage with group benefits and RSP enrollment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in automated/robotic welding
  • Experience programming automated welding or CNC machines
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes
  • Knowledge of welding, fitting, and cutting techniques, and related materials/fixtures
  • Certified CWB, or familiarity with related specifications and standards
  • Ability to read/interpret blueprints and drawings
  • First aid/CPR certificate

Your goal in this position will be to program, set up, and operate CNC milling and lathe machines, working from blueprints and verbal instructions to produce a variety of machined components.

 

Qualifications

We are looking for people with:
  • CNC lathe and /or milling experience
  • 5+ year of CNC programming experience
  • 5+ year of CNC operating experience
  • 5+ years working in machine shops
  • It is also advantageous if you have worked with Fanuc and MAZATROL software.

Today, thanks to growing demand for our products, we’re searching for a new, long-term Sales Professional, based in the United States, to help us grow our business.

Skill Requirements

Understanding that our dealers are of primary importance to us, your responsibility will be to manage existing relationships and develop new accounts throughout the contiguous US.  You will report to, and work with our existing sales team to plan and achieve sales objectives deemed to be achievable by the team.  Your technical prowess and ability to understand our customers needs will be your key to success. Travel through much of the region will be an essential part of achieving your objectives.

  • Contact, promote and present products and solutions.

  • Understand and present cost/benefit and needs analysis to dealers.

  • Work with existing and new dealers to promote sales efforts to end users.

  • Develop new sales channels to our dealers through cold calling

This is a full-time, permanent role using your home office as a base. Training will be provided in the US region and at the Fruitland Manufacturing plant in Stoney Creek, Ontario, Canada.  We offer competitive remuneration based on experience.
