RETURNS
All returns must be within 60 days of the original shipment from factory. The return must be received by Fruitland within 10 working days of the issuance of the RMA (Return Material Authorization). The cost of the return shipping to Fruitland, including any duties or tariffs, will be the responsibility of the returning party.
The return/restock fees are dependent upon the type of product and the timing of the order return request. The return/restock fee will be a percentage of the net sales value of the order and will be determined by the number of days after the ship date, that the return request was received. Please see the table below for the restock fee schedule based on conditions contained within this policy.

Returned items must be in their original packaging/mounting skid configuration and must not have been altered or installed/powered/used in any manner. Credit will not be granted until the returned item is received, inspected and determined to be in saleable condition as a new item at our Fruitland Manufacturing facility. The returning party may choose to have items that fail our return inspection terms sent back to them on a freight collect basis or scrapped by Fruitland by means of a writing authorization.
All order return requests are subject to further review by Fruitland Product Management for a final return permission. Fruitland Manufacturing reserves the right to modify return/restock fees and conditions as appropriate or after inspection of the returned item. This return/restock policy supersedes and replaces all previously issued Fruitland return policies.
